Épices Volées is a deep and multi-faceted fragrance. Its appeal stems as much from the refreshing notes of bergamot and lemon as from its brazen spicy notes. At the base, the firebrand patchouli encounters the comforting elegance of sandalwood.

Épices Volées takes after the renowned gentleman thief, from whom the Guerlain Perfumer drew inspiration for this composition. This charming hero with a taste for mystery stages heists in the same manner in which he steals kisses.

Spices

Épices Volées is an exercise in olfactory balance, maintained between warm spices—borne by the woody vivacity of black pepper and the softness of nutmeg—and fresh spices of coriander and cardamom with aromatic-zesty notes.

Each spice is present in the form of a natural essence, obtained through steam distillation.
