Please note that your bank details are not transmitted in clear text on Guerlain's servers. Payments are made via a secure payment platform, supplemented by control measures, to guarantee the security of purchases made on www.checkout.com and to fight against fraud.

The details of your payment card communicated at the time of your order are never transmitted in clear text on the network.

 

Personal data essential to Guerlain is marked with an asterisk on all personal data collection forms on our website, in electronic form at some of our counters and stores, as well as off-line in paper form. If you do not fill in these compulsory fields, Guerlain will probably be unable to respond to your request and/or provide you with the requested services. Data subject: Prospect (i.e. never purchased products from Guerlain but registered for our communications)

Duration: 3 years from the date of data collection

If cookies are placed on your computer, we keep them for a maximum of 6 months.

 

As stated above, when you choose to use our Virtual Try-On tool, no photos or images are retained or stored beyond the conclusion of the session.

• الأطراف الثالثة التي ترغب في معرفة اهتماماتك حتى يتمكنوا من تكوين جماهير مماثلة واستهداف الآفاق المقابلة لملفك الشخصي. في سياق هذه المعالجة المحددة، يجوز لهؤلاء الشركاء إعادة استخدام البيانات الشخصية المتاحة لهم لتنفيذ استهداف مستقل ومتميز لأغراض البحث والاحتمالات التجارية، يصبحون مسؤولين عنها، ومسؤولين أيضاً عن التزاماتهم القانونية والتنظيمية

نظرًا لأن جيرلان تعمل في العديد من البلدان حول العالم ومن أجل تزويدك بخدمة مخصصة في جميع أنحاء العالم، فقد يتم جمع بعض بياناتك أو الوصول إليها أو تخزينها خارج بلد إقامتك.

 

جب أن تدرك أن متطلبات حماية البيانات والأمان تختلف من مكان إلى آخر وقد لا توفّر نفس مستوى الحماية كما هو الحال في بلدك.

 

لقد تم إبلاغك بأنه قد يتم نقل بياناتك للأغراض المذكورة أعلاه إلى شركات تقع في دول خارج بلد إقامتك تتمتع بمستوى أقل من حماية البيانات مقارنة ببلد إقامتك. قبل نقل هذه المعلومات إلى خارج بلد إقامتك، ستتخذ جيرلان جميع الإجراءات والضمانات اللازمة لتأمين عمليات النقل هذه.

بشكل عام، يتم الاحتفاظ ببياناتك الشخصية في قاعدة بياناتنا الخاصة:

 

موضوع البيانات: عميل منتظم (على سبيل المثال: امتلاك ملف تعريف عميل)

المدة: 5 سنوات من تاريخ أول عملية شراء أو إنشاء حساب

الخصوصية: سيتم تجديد هذه الفترة في كل مرة تتفاعل فيها مع جيرلان (مثلاً، الشراء أو تحديث ملفك الشخصي) أو موافقتك على مواصلة التفاعل في نهاية هذه الفترة

 

موضوع البيانات: عميل محتمل (مثلاً لم يتم شراء منتجات من جيرلان مطلقًا ولكنه مسجل في اتصالاتنا)

المدة: 3 سنوات من تاريخ جمع البيانات

الخصوصية: سيتم تجديد هذه الفترة في كل مرة تتفاعل فيها مع جيرلان (مثلاً المشاركة في حدث ما) أو موافقتك على مواصلة التفاعل في نهاية هذه الفترة

 

موضوع البيانات: العميل الـ 'ضيف' (مثلاً ليس لديه حساب عميل)

المدة: 5 سنوات من تاريخ أول عملية شراء

الخصوصية: سيتم تجديد هذه الفترة في كل مرة تتفاعل فيها مع جيرلان (مثلاً، عملية شراء)

 

موضوع البيانات: خدمة العملاء (مثلاً: الشكاوى أو المعلومات)

المدة: مدة معالجة الطلب بالإضافة إلى 5 سنوات. لممارسة الحقوق، بموجب اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات GDPR، يتم الاحتفاظ بالطلب أثناء معالجته بالإضافة إلى 6 سنوات

 

موضوع البيانات: اليقظة التجميلية cosmetovigilance

المدة: مدة معالجة الطلب بالإضافة إلى 5 سنوات

الخصوصية: هذه البيانات حساسة ويتم تخزينها بواسطة إجراءات أمنية مناسبة

 

موضوع البيانات: المحاورون المتميزون (مثلاً الوكلاء، المصممون، الصحفيون، مديرو المشاهير، الفنانون) فيما يتعلق بخدمات العلاقات العامة لدى دار جيرلان

المدة: 10 سنوات من تاريخ أول اتصال خاص بك

الخصوصية: سيتم تجديد هذه الفترة في كل مرة تتفاعل فيها مع جيرلان (مثلاً طلب معلومات عن جيرلان)

 

إذا تم وضع ملفات تعريف الارتباط على جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك، فإننا نحتفظ بها لمدة أقصاها 6 أشهر.

 

كما هو مذكور أعلاه، عندما تختار استخدام أداة التجربة الافتراضية Virtual Try-On الخاصة بنا، فلن يتم الاحتفاظ بأي صورة أو نسخة أو تخزينها بعد انتهاء الجلسة.

 

عندما لا نعود بحاجة إلى استخدام بياناتك الشخصية، يتم حذفها من أنظمتنا وسجلاتنا أو جعلها مجهولة بحيث لا يمكن التعرف عليها بعد الآن، مع مراعاة الاحتفاظ بها لأغراض الأرشفة. إدارة الدعاوى والتقاضي وكذلك للوفاء بالتزاماتنا القانونية و / أو التنظيمية و / أو الاستجابة لطلبات السلطات المخولة بتقديم الطلب.

اعتمدت جيرلان ممارسات حماية البيانات والأمان الموضحة في سياسة الخصوصية هذه لجميع الأفراد المعنيين.

 

• الحق في الحصول على المعلومات: يحق لك الحصول على معلومات واضحة وشفافة ومفهومة حول كيفية استخدامنا لبياناتك الشخصية وحقوقك. ستجد كل هذه المعلومات في سياسة الخصوصية هذه
• حق الوصول: يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية التي تحتفظ بها جيرلان
• حق التصحيح: يحق لك تصحيح بياناتك الشخصية إذا كانت غير دقيقة أو قديمة و / أو استكمالها إذا كانت غير كاملة
• الحق في الحذف / الحق في أن يتم نسيانها: يحق لك مسح بياناتك أو حذفها. ومع ذلك، قد يكون هذا الحق مقيدًا لسبب قانوني أو لمصلحتنا المشروعة في الاحتفاظ ببياناتك الشخصية
