It is to this treasure of nature and icon of the Guerlinade that Delphine Jelk, Guerlain Perfumer, pays tribute with a composition signed by the meeting of two exceptional jasmine essences. Faceted with precision and expert savoir-faire, the pairing showcases all its splendor at heart. The extract of sambac jasmine comes with its fruity, sunny and honeyed nuances, while the grandiflorum jasmine absolute exalts its deep and sensual fragrance.
Both a technical feat and daring gem, Shalimar Millésime Jasmin’s bottle pays tribute to the original Shalimar bottle designed in 1925. With its arabesques, the first pedestal bottle in history evokes the basins of the Shalimar gardens in an 'Art Deco' style. For this limited edition, Shalimar’s famous “bat” label has been given a gold makeover to evoke jasmine’s unique brightness and precious appeal. The collar is adorned with a black leather tie, a distinctive mark of exceptional vintages, reflecting the nobility of the raw materials that compose them.
