GUERLAIN COLLABORATES WITH
GOBELINS PARIS SCHOOL AND FISHEYE
FOR THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE SHALIMAR PERFUME
This exceptional partnership brings together 42 students, three of whom were selected by Maison Guerlain, Hervé Mikaeloff, and Benoit Baume for the contemporary art exhibition "En Plein Cœur", from October 22 to November 16 at Maison Guerlain.
GOBELINS Paris, an internationally recognized visual arts school renowned for its excellence in photography, animation, and design, has been training talents who shape contemporary imagery for decades. Alongside it, Fisheye, a magazine dedicated to photographic culture, supports the project by exploring new dialogues between art, gaze, and innovation.
The students explored the symbolic and sensory richness of the perfume, surrounded by a passionate teaching team. Each work, conceived as a poetic still life, translates the subtle balance between heritage and modernity, light and mystery.
Led by Ann-Caroline Prazan (Maison Guerlain) and Benoît Baume (Fisheye), this project illustrates the deep connections between creation, artistic direction, and brand image. Three works have been selected for the "En Plein Coeur" exhibition, testifying to Shalimar's evocative power and its ability to inspire, a century after its creation.
