OUR STRATEGIC FOCUS
WORLD BEE DAY
Our commitment to bee conservation is brought to life every day through numerous initiatives and partnerships. One day in particular allows us to raise strong and visible awareness of the threats faced by these pollinators: “World Bee Day”.
In 2026, Guerlain highlights Indian women who have chosen to become beekeepers through the Women for Bees program, in partnership with UNESCO. The Maison invited Indian photographer Raajadharshini to document their journey. These photographs showcase the commitment of these beekeepers, who work every day to protect bees.
OUR KEY ACTIONS
WOMEN FOR BEES
Created by Guerlain with UNESCO, Women for Bees trains women in beekeeping worldwide, helping them build sustainable careers and gain independence while supporting bee protection and biodiversity.
In 2026, the program celebrates its fifth anniversary. In total, more than 250 women have been trained across four continents, and over 3,500 beehives have been installed.
On this occasion, Guerlain and UNESCO announce the renewal of their collaboration for three years, reaffirming their commitment to continuing and expanding the program to new regions of the world.
