To mark the launch of L’Heure Bleue new fragrance, Maison Guerlain, host partner of Art Basel Paris, is bringing together a modern and contemporary art exhibition inspired by the blue hour, that suspended threshold between day and night when imagination awakens and new possibilities unfold.
The exhibition will be presented at the legendary boutique at 68 Avenue des Champs-Elysées, from October 21 to November 15, 2026.
In an era saturated with images and punctuated with urgency, L'Heure des Possibles teaches us to re-learn a gesture that is almost forgotten: watching the light fade so we can better anticipate what is emerging from the shadows The views of 34 international artists reveal to us the power of the blue hour, that parenthesis which offers a glimpse into the promises of a new world to come.
On the three levels of the spaces, the journey unfolds in three breaths: to contemplate, to experience and to take the plunge. The exhibition brings together the perspectives of both emerging and established artists in an intergenerational dialogue driven by a diversity of mediums − painting, photography, video, sculpture, and artistic installation − inviting us to live in the hour of possibilities.
An olfactory journey, created by Delphine Jelk, Perfumer at Maison Guerlain, emphasises the transition to this hour when everything becomes possible.
In a subtle dialogue between art and fragrance, an olfactory crossing prolongs this moment suspended in time.
