THE FRAGRANCE ARTIST’S TOUCH

For Vétiver Fauve, Delphine Jelk has chosen to reinvent this traditionally dark and mysterious ingredient, bringing it back to its origins. She tames the untameable. Although dry, the root is here tinged with a luxuriant freshness. On contact with a fruity tropical green accord, it awakens with a vibrant botanical vivacity. An elegant depth that evokes the magic of a wild animal prowling at dawn in a jungle coming to life.

THE AWAKENING OF A JUNGLE AT EARLY MORNING

From the moment the composition spreads, the smell of dew blends with the rustling of leaves with a fruity tropical green accord. Then, the air gets warmer, the fragrances and flavours intertwine revealing the scents of ripe fruit, perceived in the perfume through fig accord. Juicy with a slight sweetness, they bring a comfortable roundness to the vetiver essence. Its woody nuances are prolonged in the sillage by a vibrant tonka bean and cypriol duo.
