A collection made of emblematic fragrances, composed for more than a century by 5 generations of Perfumers. These mythical pioneer perfumes compose a unique olfactive library that the Maison Guerlain endeavors to preserve.
Created in 1965 by Jean-Paul Guerlain for his young fiancée, Chant d’Arômes signifies the language of flowers, each of which carries its own meaning of love. Chant d’Arômes is a charming spring bouquet. Filled with innuendo, its trail hints at fire beneath the ice.
Chant d’Arômes is presented in a spray bottle inspired by the iconic Bee Bottle, covered in 69 iconic bees of the Empire.

A legend of first kisses punctuated with notes of honeysuckle accord and sandalwood

This fragrant song opens with hesperidium followed by an airy rhythm set by notes of honeysuckle accord. This melody is echoed by a gardenia, jasmine and ylang-ylang floral accord followed by the soft music of undergrowth, sandalwood and vanilla notes.

Undergrowth notes

Harvested in France, Guerlain’s moss is first processed into a concrete before being transformed into an absolute.
Tree moss absolute brings a woody and earthy note to perfume.

Sandalwood

Sandalwood essence comes mainly from Australia where the wood is harvested and distilled.
Sandalwood gives fragrance a woody, creamy note.

Honeysuckle Accord

The honeysuckle accord is an original Guerlain creation made by its perfumers.
This accord expresses the olfactory floral, honeyed scent of honeysuckle.

Designed by Raymond Guerlain in 1912, its iconic “inverted heart” bottle is underscored with graceful scrolls typical of Art Nouveau.
