Drawing inspiration from the heart of the East, here Guerlain Master Perfumer, Thierry Wasser, has worked with sandalwood, one of the rarest and most precious raw materials in fragrance.

Enchanting and mystery-tinged, sandalwood is put to the majestic forefront in this new, woody ambery fragrance. A subtle play on contrasts, its dark leather notes and oud accord meet the bright luminosity of rose and jasmine floral notes.

A MYSTERIOUS CONTRAST BETWEEN SANDALWOOD AND ROSE

Amber and leathery accords, as well as oud, accentuate the distinguished pulsating scent of sandalwood. To this characteristically sacred essence, Thierry Wasser then adds another sensual facet by including a Guerlain musk tincture.
