A SUBTLE AND FRESH FLORAL COMPOSITION

The famous Eau de Cologne Impériale strikes a harmony around refined floral accords. Its fresh citrus notes of lemon and bergamot flirt with petitgrain, while the floral magic of neroli softens this citrusy bouquet.

PERFUMER SECRETS

Eau de Cologne Impériale was the first made-to-measure fragrance in perfumery, created upon special order of the Empress Eugénie to treat her migraines.

This fleeting Eau de Cologne can be followed with your usual fragrance.

On special order, the iconic Bee bottle can also be used to hold your usual fragrance.

LEGENDARY BOTTLE

In 1853, Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain was appointed the official perfumer to her Majesty the Empress Eugénie. He created Eau de Cologne Impériale for her, along with the Bee bottle, custom-made by the glassmaker Pochet du Courval and covered in 69 bees, the emblem of the Empire. This legendary bottle continues to enshrine the elegance and history of Guerlain’s perfumes, revisited here in a sprayable version for the Colognes created by the five generations of perfumers.

LES COLOGNES BY GUERLAIN

Eau de Cologne is defined by a classic framework, beautifully enhancing citrus notes accompanied by aromatic flashes. Used by men and women alike, Eau de Cologne is characterised by a fresh, light fragrance trail. At Guerlain, the timeless Eaux de Cologne have lost none of their modernity. They are subtle compositions made from a selection of ingredients closely associated with nature, with an ultra-light feel. A style exercise that stands the test of time in different interpretations.
