Focus on

Eco-design involves limiting a product's environmental impact throughout the product's lifecycle: incorporating raw materials derived from sustainable channels into our formulas, looking for innovative and environmentally friendly solutions in terms of packaging, limiting pollution in transport (upstream and downstream), packing in an environmentally friendly way in our factories (ISO 14001 certified), and ensuring that the display in the points of sale and the product's end of life make less of an impact on our planet.
In order to adopt a continuous improvement approach, each new development is rated with an EPI (Environmental performance indicator) indicator and validated by the project teams.

A few examples:
- The advertising banners and posters for La Petite Robe Noire are transformed into It-bags, clutches and collector's notebooks crafted by a company that employs handicapped people.
- The size of our perfume box sets has been reduced by 15% and uses more recycled materials, which allows us to save 35 tons of cardboard boxes per year and 230 pallets.
- We have developed a magnificent case made of wood sourced from a sustainably managed European forest and with a solvent-free protective varnish.
- Orchidée Impériale, our star skincare cream, can be refilled in Parisian boutiques as part of a made-to-measure service for our special customers.
