The very first red shade created by Guerlain for the lip and cheek colour Bloom of Rose. The shade is inspired by Asian lacquer art and the brown-red tones that adorn the most precious objects.

This shade was used for Guerlain's first lip colour in stick : Ne M'oubliez Pas. It's deep, slightly bluish tone, once much cherished by 19-th century aristocracy, stands in homage to Empress Eugénie and is inspired by the fabrics worn by the royal figures of years past.

This shade revisits the colour that Guerlain created for the Roaring Twenties, in celebration of the frank feminine beauty that characterised the era. Almost a century later, this red remains the most vibrant of the whole collection.
